Execute and optimize paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, GDN, and DSPs
Support both prospecting and retargeting efforts with tailored campaigns by region, segment, and funnel stage
Partner with Brand and Creative to deliver compelling ads, test creative variations, and share performance insights
Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure efficiency and alignment with pipeline goals
Collaborate with Analytics and Marketing Ops to maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and data hygiene
Conduct structured testing (creative, targeting, bidding, placements) to drive learning agendas
Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and share recommendations with stakeholders
