Requirements

  • Proven ability in project management, with experience coordinating multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Strong client service orientation, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in managing stakeholder needs
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all deliverables
  • Ability to communicate and operate effectively in English, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in the local language (Korean: reading, writing, and speaking) to support localized campaigns and communications
  • Solid data management skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in Korean to write and edit copy, check event emails and websites for language accuracy, review guestlists, and manage guest queries via email
  • Ability to operate proficiently in Korean in internal meetings with local marketing teams and agencies

Responsibilities

  • Holistic understanding of all the events happening in the assigned market
  • Engage the Central Ops shared services teams (Tool Setup & Analysts) and project manage tool setup and processes for events, troubleshooting & escalating as required
  • Provide regular updates on tool setup progress, and event progress reports in Work In Progress (WIP) meetings (Nominations, Registrations, Attendance status reports)
  • Craft / edit website, email and registration form copy in Korean, QA event website and emails from language perspective once setup by Tools Setup team
  • Handle guest management for events in partnership with local event organizing team
  • Deploy event communications email campaigns
  • Ensure audience swaps / manual registrations are updated in the system
  • Implementation of site waitlist / closure if event registration is at capacity
