Requirements

  • 3+ years in an analytical role, preferably in lead or order-generation websites
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics; with extensive experience in translating raw data into easily understandable visualizations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to extract insights from fragmented data
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze digital conversion and behavioral data to generate insights and recommendation Marketing team read-outs
  • Reporting & Automation: Build dashboards in Adobe CJA and Adobe Analytics; automate reporting, and unify data sources
  • Deep Dive Analysis: Create use-case driven reporting based on ad-hoc requests from across the Digital Marketing team
  • Collaboration: Work closely with BI, engineering, content, and channel teams to ensure insights drive real change
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee real-time web performance and troubleshoot issues with engineering and strategy teams
