Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Competency in operation of home dialysis therapy-related equipment, including troubleshooting via telephone
Appropriate staff licensures and CPR certifications
Ability to manage physical demands of a health care facility environment

Responsibilities

Manages operations of multiple Home Therapies programs, including growth, patient retention, costs, scheduling, and staffing
Directs activities aligned with strategic plans, goals, and objectives of the region, division, and company
Implements quality goals and action plans to achieve quality standards
Collaborates with operations leaders, market development, in-center leadership, and patient education/quality teams to promote home therapies growth
Manages profit and loss, ensuring optimal performance to meet or exceed budgets and key performance indicators
Directs and manages all aspects of patient care for Home Therapies patients from admission through discharge
Provides direction, guidance, and support to staff for safe and effective delivery of home therapy care to ESRD patients
Oversees patient and caregiver readiness, training on equipment operation and maintenance, and assesses home environment suitability
Manages patient experience efforts, supporting satisfaction initiatives and company values
Ensures staff competency in equipment operation, troubleshooting, licensures, and certifications
Manages program supplies, equipment tracking, and timely replenishment of orders
Directs Continuous Quality Assurance Improvement, patient retention, Clinical Algorithm Adoption, patient access, and training success
Oversees data entry for patient admission, regulatory reporting, billing, physician orders, lab results, vital signs, and treatment data
Ensures timely completion of regulatory, compliance, and audit activities
Orients and supports new home therapies staff, provides ongoing education, and ensures compliance with risk management initiatives
Handles hiring, coaching, counseling, performance reviews, disciplinary action, and terminations
Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports, partnering with Human Resources
Performs other related duties as assigned
