Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in DevOps
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in DevOps (must-have)
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Google Cloud DevOps Services (good-to-have)
Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies
Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby
Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Skills in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform
Skills in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
Skills in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD
Experience with chaos engineering, incident response
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments (plus)

Responsibilities

Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in CI/CD, cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security
Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are safe against security threats
Design and manage cloud infrastructure for the observability platform
Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery
Monitor internal services and automate incident response
Act as a subject matter expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency
