Responsibilities

Build complex electro-mechanical-optical assemblies for prototypes and development products
Install and integrate electrical and mechanical components, including PCBAs, wiring harnesses, optics, and fasteners
Assemble and test prototype PCBs, providing feedback to design teams to improve performance and manufacturability
Support the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in developing and optimising production processes, tools, jigs, and test procedures
Prepare detailed production documentation, work instructions, and build/test reports
Design and manufacture wiring harnesses and related sub-assemblies
Assist in development trials and process reviews, recommending improvements
Collaborate with project teams to ensure product readiness and smooth transition to production
Maintain accurate build records and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
