Requirements

Responsibilities

The Development Engineer will be responsible for owning the execution of technology development initiatives and new program launches at Composite Resources, collaborating closely with manufacturing sites to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of processes and programs. This includes operationalizing manufacturing capabilities and new materials to drive the growth of the Re:Build Composite Business, developing and evaluating business programs for implementing new process technologies, and partnering efficiently with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
