Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight and direct management of approximately 6-8 renewable energy developers and development pipelines across five countries and different maturity stages
  • Work closely with developers to ensure delivery of investment objectives and progress of projects through development milestones to ready to build
  • Act as the first point of contact with each developer, manage day-to-day coordination and communication, and lead operational reviews of pipelines
  • Lead value enhancement and maximisation of each development project, including timing of exit, sale preparation, revenue contracting, last mile development, and other activities to ensure best returns to investors
  • Monitor valuation and financial performance of investments to optimise returns and conduct regular assessments of investment and overall portfolio performance against objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to portfolio performance to enhance investment resilience
  • Implement, maintain, and enhance governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with senior management and shareholders of portfolio companies and partners to ensure governance practices are well-managed and operational processes are optimised
  • Be an active member of operational committees and a board member on joint ventures and portfolio companies
  • Lead and motivate a team dedicated to managing the development portfolio, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement
