Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and direct management of approximately 6-8 renewable energy developers and development pipelines across five countries and different maturity stages
Work closely with developers to ensure delivery of investment objectives and progress of projects through development milestones to ready to build
Act as the first point of contact with each developer, manage day-to-day coordination and communication, and lead operational reviews of pipelines
Lead value enhancement and maximisation of each development project, including timing of exit, sale preparation, revenue contracting, last mile development, and other activities to ensure best returns to investors
Monitor valuation and financial performance of investments to optimise returns and conduct regular assessments of investment and overall portfolio performance against objectives
Identify and mitigate risks related to portfolio performance to enhance investment resilience
Implement, maintain, and enhance governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
Work closely with senior management and shareholders of portfolio companies and partners to ensure governance practices are well-managed and operational processes are optimised
Be an active member of operational committees and a board member on joint ventures and portfolio companies
Lead and motivate a team dedicated to managing the development portfolio, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement
