Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the Knock platform to help new and existing developers best use the product
  • Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for customers
  • Help customers plan and execute their end-to-end implementations
  • Identify and overcome blockers for customer adoption
  • Answer questions about the product in conversations with potential customers
  • Support the sales team in helping customers understand technical possibilities
  • Create technical content (sample apps, documentation, videos, etc.)
  • Deliver feedback to product and engineering teams on customer challenges
