Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with platform APIs in developer relations, solutions engineering, or technical marketing roles. Proficiency with web frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Astro is required, along with the ability to create compelling web app demos or code samples. Exceptional public speaking, writing, and video presence are essential, as is the ability to clearly and enthusiastically explain technical topics. Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams is necessary, including at least 2 years of managing external creators/agencies.

Responsibilities

The Developer Evangelist will develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, including technical blogs, videos, livestreams, and demo projects, to attract and inspire developers to build on Webflow. They will represent Webflow at developer-focused events such as meetups, webinars, and conferences. Responsibilities include cultivating and strengthening relationships within developer communities, actively participating in and amplifying conversations across forums, social media, and partner channels. The role involves collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to strategize evangelism campaigns for product launches and providing valuable developer insights. Maintaining an authentic "builder's voice" and a consistent publishing cadence, leveraging engagement data to refine programs and content, is also key.
