Minimum five years of experience in desktop support and end-user support is required, along with proficiency in Windows 10/11 Pro support, desktop/hardware configurations including Thunderbolt docking, Apple iOS device support, LAN-based imaging, and end-user VPN connectivity.
This is an office-based position in the Boston, MA office.
The role requires excellent customer service skills and providing an exemplary 'white glove' level of service to internal clients, along with being articulate and demonstrating ownership.
Evening/weekend work may be required, along with rotating on-call coverage for emergency support and occasional travel as needed.
A BSc in IS, CS, or equivalent experience is required (will consider experience in lieu of degree), and A+, MCP or other equivalent certification is a plus.
