Requirements

Candidates should possess 2 years of design experience, proficiency in the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, and familiarity with Figma. A diverse skillset encompassing static design, basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge, and experience designing across various social media platforms is desired, along with a relevant portfolio demonstrating these skills. Previous internship experience in an agency or brand environment, with a social-focused agency being a plus, is also required, as is knowledge of CRM platforms. Responsibilities

The Junior Designer will create digital assets for social and paid media, engage in daily communications and interactions within their assigned team, and receive structured workflow support from senior management. They will also be responsible for creating assets from scratch, designing across a range of social media platforms, and adhering to brand guidelines. Furthermore, the Junior Designer will contribute to the overall creative strategy and potentially assist with video editing or motion graphics as needed.
