Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, conversion-focused solutions for digital products, particularly in e-commerce environments. Demonstrated experience working on growth-focused design initiatives with measurable outcomes, supported by case studies, is preferred. Proficiency in Figma and standard design tools, including experience creating interactive prototypes and video assets, is required. Experience in conducting and analyzing user tests, translating findings into actionable design improvements, and supporting product discovery through competitor research and experimentation is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Designer on the Domains Team, you will focus on designing high-converting, UI-led solutions that improve the performance and effectiveness of sales funnels and product discovery experiences. This includes designing and optimizing sales panel experiences and customer journeys, conducting and facilitating user testing sessions, articulating design decisions, managing multiple design projects, partnering with Product, Engineering, Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams, creating high-fidelity mockups and design specifications, identifying and addressing friction points, and supporting rapid experimentation and A/B testing. You will also contribute to the evolution of the design language and maintain visual consistency, while collaborating with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
