Strong understanding of customer’s holistic wardrobe and style, along with a high degree of organization, to strategically follow up and advise on wardrobe completion
Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, handling bulky/awkward items, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and 25 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools like text, social media, and reservations
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide the best service to customers on their terms, including flexibility to perform duties in other departments or brands
Give honest and confident feedback to customers about style, fit, and wardrobe value
Seek fashion and product knowledge through meetings and trainings to build expertise
Build relationships with other DSAs, Stylists, and departments by conducting DSA-run product knowledge meetings
Provide valid product feedback to DM to improve store assortment
Drive predictable business through appointment-based selling during event and non-event timeframes
Work with the team to keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and cleaning
Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
