Requirements

Candidates should possess an Associates Degree in Engineering or a related degree, with a preference for at least 3 years of mechanical drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Solidworks, and demonstrated skills in written and verbal technical communication, interpersonal cross-functional team-based interaction, organization and detail orientation, analytical skills, planning and problem-solving, and an intellectually curious and results-oriented approach. Additionally, candidates must have 2+ years of experience with Bioprocess Container product line design and applications or equivalent product engineering experience.

Responsibilities

The Design Engineer I will perform final drawing checks on product drawings, respond to technical inquiries from internal and external specialists, lead and coordinate team efforts to address projects and initiatives, collaborate with R&D and Process Engineering on new component/connection/process specifications, drive process improvement through data-driven activities, complete and assist with TrackWise investigations, oversee CAPA tasks, and embrace the 4 I’s (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement) in daily activities.
