Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice in the planning and performance of projects in India related to cost, scope, timing, quality, performance, and procurement strategy
- Working together with the EMEA and APAC Head of Planning, Design and Construction - develop and manage the annual Capital budget for the India and Middle East
- Provide regular review of management process to ensure compliance with corporate governance and alignment with global practices (lessons learned peer review, knowledge sharing)
- Assist in the development of global process improvements in the management risk, issues, and opportunities
- Identify potential to improve performance within the region and seek global opportunities
- Ensure an effective communications plan between stakeholders and senior management
- Work closely with the Project Controls Group to provide executive reporting on overall performance of program (financial, risk)
- Overall delivery of the program of projects within the India and Middle East region
- Management of the third-party regional program manager
