Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process for direct and indirect materials and services
  • Reduce cycle time, improve accuracy rate of purchase orders, and compliance rate with procurement policies
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supplier performance, cost, and delivery timelines
  • Elevate cost efficiency, supplier performance evaluations, and punctuality metrics
  • Lead supplier evaluation and finalize contracts to achieve the best value and risk mitigation (measured by number of contracts finalized, risk assessment scores, and contract compliance rate)
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Quality, and Planning) to coordinate procurement activities in line with company targets and drive business through cross-functional partnerships
