Responsibilities

The Deputy General Counsel, Digital Healthcare will provide strategic counsel to product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams on healthcare and regulatory considerations throughout the product lifecycle, including AI-powered features and decision support. They will develop a framework for responsible AI implementation that balances innovation with regulatory compliance and ethical considerations. This role involves developing and managing a team of legal professionals with a focus on business results, creating growth opportunities for team members, and aligning team structure with business needs. Additionally, the Deputy General Counsel will develop and maintain healthcare compliance frameworks, privacy protocols, and product review processes, and build strong, collaborative relationships across business teams to streamline regulatory review and compliance documentation.
