As a Dept Lead, the individual will oversee all functions of the Dry, Disposables, and Culinary Equipment Supplies (CES), and fresh departments, ensuring effective inventory levels, appealing merchandise presentation, and quality customer service. They will be responsible for completing daily orders, maximizing departmental sales, conducting daily date checks, training and developing staff, maintaining presentation and pricing standards, and performing Manager on Duty functions, including opening and closing the CHEF’STORE. Additionally, the role involves ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers, correcting safety issues, and fulfilling other duties as assigned by Store Management.
