Requirements

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel (e.g. pivot tables)

Responsibilities

  • Receive and validate customer demand forecasts/orders
  • Maintain proactive daily communication with customers to understand true demand signals and upcoming requirements
  • Capture and document changes in forecasts, orders, or delivery expectations in real time
  • Provide customers with regular updates on order status and potential risks
  • Escalate urgent issues to management with recommended actions to prevent "customer line-down" situations
  • Work cross-functionally with production, logistics, warehouse to develop backup plans for high-risk orders
  • Verify product availability against shipment schedules
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely pick-up and delivery
  • Communicate shipment confirmations to customers
  • Track OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) metrics; Identify and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
