  • Collaboration skills with strategic partners for co-marketing joint solutions
  • Familiarity with Marketing Operations and RevOps for tracking performance (MQL > SL > opportunity workflows)
  • Analytical skills to analyze campaign outcomes, draw insights, and present results to facilitate decisions
  • Ability to work with content marketing and sales to develop, review, publish, and promote materials
  • Experience preparing and presenting recommendations from data to executive level
  • Quantitative and qualitative data evaluation for performance, ROI, strategy, and tactics adjustment

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end demand generation programs driving qualified pipeline across buyer journey, with emphasis on client events, conferences, webinars, field, partner marketing, and cross-functional alignment
  • Support and optimize marketing plan: conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, identify segments, define value propositions, ratify objectives/KPIs, adjust budgets/resources, choose channels/tactics
  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars and events (in-person/virtual) aligned to buyer personas and funnel stages
  • Plan and execute field marketing: Regional VIP events, executive dinners, roadshows, in-person meetups; leverage direct mail and vendors for engagement/pipeline
  • Collaborate with partners to co-market joint solutions
  • Work with RevOps to track campaign performance across funnel, including qualified accounts for top-tier segments and MQL > SL > opportunity workflows for lower-tier
  • Analyze campaign outcomes, draw insights, present results for decision-making and next steps
  • Develop (write, drive review, publish) and promote marketing materials with content marketing and sales teams
  • Prepare and present recommendations from experimental data to executive level
  • Collaborate with product marketing, RevOps, enablement, and sales to formulate/align strategy and execute programs for awareness, engagement, pipeline
  • Continuously evaluate performance/ROI of events/campaigns using data to adjust strategy/tactics
