Responsibilities

  • Serves as a key liaison between customers and internal operations by supporting inquiries related to order lead times, configuration changes, and delivery expectations
  • Ensures material availability aligns with production schedules and inventory targets to maintain operational continuity
  • Manages the intake and validation of new orders and order modifications, ensuring accurate processing within the order management system and alignment with production capabilities
  • Monitors inventory levels against target thresholds to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess
  • Supports short-term and tactical planning efforts to balance supply and demand across production lines
  • Utilizes forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to analyze demand trends, seasonal variations, and capacity constraints
  • Identifies and escalates potential supply chain risks or bottlenecks that may impact production schedules
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely updates on lead times, production schedules, order modifications, rescheduling, and shipping dates
  • Aligns customer orders with the sales and production plan to support monthly delivery and revenue targets
  • Coordinates cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Manufacturing to prioritize customer needs and resolve conflicts
  • Adapts quickly to dynamic production environments and shifting customer priorities, maintaining service levels and responsiveness to evolving needs
  • Provides clear, concise, and timely updates and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment and transparency across the supply chain
