Currently pursuing a Master's degree with an interest in writing a thesis
Ability to attend all four dedicated sessions physically from January – April 2026 at the Deloitte office in Copenhagen (Weidekampsgade 6, 2300 Copenhagen S)
Ability to attend the celebration dinner in June 2026
Submit application by December 8th, including CV (and CVs of group members if applicable) and answers to practical questions

Responsibilities

Commit to participating in four dedicated sessions from January – April 2026 for shared learning and guidance
Attend the celebration dinner in June 2026
Engage in thesis writing aligned with one of the five research topics: M&A & Strategy, Sustainability & ESG, Financial Performance & Reporting, Digital Transformation & AI, or Organization & Change Management
Actively collaborate with Deloitte experts and other participants during sessions
