Requirements

Experience in HR or Finance-related delivery projects for a minimum of 6 years
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent command in spoken and written English
German and/or French a minimum of B1
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines across complex projects
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments
Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivery quality and satisfaction
Solid understanding of compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of a delivery/process/business operations team, including task assignments and workload management
Act as subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for issue resolution and client concerns
Build and maintain effective internal and external client relationships within assigned business areas
Oversee proper execution of operational processes and ensure service quality in line with SLAs
Monitor and adjust team schedules and workload distribution to meet deadlines, including potential overtime or weekend work
Review and ensure accuracy of team deliverables, including reports, data entries, and client communications
Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain support materials such as training guides, job aids, and process documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency enhancements
Collaborate with project managers to plan resources, define timelines, and align project execution with client expectations
