  • Ensure detailed communication with patients about their order specifics
  • Manage a broader range of equipment inventory
  • Perform precise refills of oxygen tanks
  • Administer detailed paperwork
  • Execute skilled adjustments to equipment as needed
  • Educate patients on the effective use of their medical equipment
  • Perform medical equipment setup, cleaning, and testing
  • Work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams using proficiency with the DME SKU system
