Load vehicles and orchestrate logistics with warehouse staff
Oversee detailed work orders
Ensure detailed communication with patients about their order specifics
Manage a broader range of equipment inventory
Perform precise refills of oxygen tanks
Administer detailed paperwork
Execute skilled adjustments to equipment as needed
Educate patients on the effective use of their medical equipment
Perform medical equipment setup, cleaning, and testing
Work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams using proficiency with the DME SKU system
