Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • 6-7 years of industry experience

  • Extensive and demonstrable experience of Service Centre/Query Management
  • Clear understanding of existing metrics in the process, how they are measured, and ability to improvise the measurement system
  • Business Process Implementation experience
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
  • Client interfacing skills (Email & Phone): Good email etiquette, strong email drafting & keyboard skills, good phone etiquette/technique
  • English language proficiency: Strong written & verbal communication skills - grammar, right word choice, sentence structure
  • Skill in Employee Services - Employee Data Process Design

Responsibilities

  • Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs
  • Develop deeper understanding of Service Centre/Query Management teams
  • Leverage expertise to solve specific problems pertaining to Comp & Benefits
  • Manage and lead a team of employees
  • Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team
  • Motivate team members and assess performance
  • Provide help to management, including hiring and training
  • Keep management updated on team performance
  • Communicate concerns and policies among management and team members
  • Recruit & on-board new team members
  • Ensure the team is adequately staffed and resources have the right skills; liaise with leadership, recruitment, and IJP Teams on staffing requirements
  • Provide team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of their responsibilities
  • Manage and improve people performance and align them with organizational goals and objectives
  • Create a performance-driven competitive culture in the team by ensuring awareness of goals and performance evaluation criteria
  • Work on defined complex cases and perform minimum quality checks to note health of the process
  • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
  • Actively participate in all process-related business meetings (in-person or virtually) and ensure action and documentation of issues and agreements
  • Raise relevant quality and/or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamline decisions
  • Design employee data processes to manage employment data, records, and transactions using standard technologies and processes
