Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted and neutral first point of contact for Google employees (CL10-13) on non-sensitive people matters
Provide guidance to employees on HR processes and direct them to appropriate points of contact/channels
For non-sensitive employee grievances (excluding supervisors and above), gather first-level details and documentation from agents and team leads to share with ER+HRPA
Integrate new joiners, make them aware of HR policies/processes, and support delivery leads in driving the buddy program
Conduct regular connects with employees and share insights on employee pulse/sentiments with HRPA and delivery leads
Collaborate with PPA on employee engagement forums like townhalls, open houses, and recognition initiatives
Proactively monitor personnel issues/situations and highlight to HRPA and delivery leads as needed
Resolve issues related to engagement, training, HR processes, LOA (excluding compensation, PA, or sensitive data)
Track NJX, priority setting, and ensure compliance on people metrics
Ensure headcount (HC) reconciliation and maintain correct Workday data (through HRPA)
Provide updates on E&C training completion or other non-sensitive data for SOC audit and rep letter responses to delivery leads
Manage documentation for internal transfers, training failures, and redeployments
Gather first-level data/documentation for leaves-related behavioral concerns and pass to HRPA/ER (excluding supervisors and above)
Perform analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
Interact with peers within Accenture, some interaction with clients/Accenture management
Work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments
Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others' work
Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee small work efforts
Perform any other activity as required and assigned by HRPA
