  • Strong numeric/text analysis; evaluate supplier terms, commercial language, and risks to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaboration & Engagement: Trusted partner to suppliers, sourcing managers, and legal stakeholders. Effective communicators across remote and in-person environments
  • Project Management: Experienced in managing multiple contracting workstreams independently in complex, matrixed environments
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in procurement platforms, Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead contracting projects within the Source-to-Contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Independently manage procurement contracting projects using templates and playbooks
  • Own redlining of documents, propose alternatives, and negotiate terms, escalating only when exceptions exceed playbook guidance
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and ensure accurate reflection in contracts
  • Advise stakeholders on interpretation, risks, and governance standards
  • Prepare and share updates on contract status, compliance, risks, and modifications
  • Coordinate with Legal and Contracting COE for escalations and governance alignment
  • Use AI tools to streamline redlining, clause review, and summarization with validated, compliant outputs
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, suppliers, and teams
  • Manage concurrent contracting workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environments
