Any Graduation
10 to 14 years of years of experience (with 7+ years in order management or supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role)
Proven experience in demand forecasting, S&OP processes, and inventory management within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Familiarity with ERP and demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present data to senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a high-volume, dynamic supply chain or retail environment
Understanding of key demand planning metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, stockouts, fill rates)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

Support the order management team in managing and maintaining replenishments, ensuring tasks are undertaken accurately to drive overall performance
Support the merchandising team in the delivery of customer-focused product ranges to achieve sales, profit, margin, and stock targets
Review and validate POs once raised, making amends (e.g., changes in volume, cost price, delivery date, retail price, delivery location)
Approve shipments of stock in relevant systems, raise new POs, validate PO information accuracy, and process Goods Received Notices for arriving stock (even if PO is not found/live)
Monitor PO status/progress in various systems for visibility, take next actions on failure states, and cleanse part-delivered/overdue redundant POs
Arrive at consensus on critical path (from supplier or internal), and track associated products at PO level
Assist merchandising team in implementing category strategy aspects to deliver KPIs (sales, profit, stock, availability)
Support achievement of milestones within the critical path, raise and resolve issues
Maintain relevant systems to reflect latest delivery position and raise contracts for new orders with merchandising team guidance
Provide ad-hoc support for special projects (e.g., new product introductions, promotional campaigns, supply chain strategy changes) and timely responses to PO inquiries
Perform analysis and solving of moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by leveraging/adapting existing methods and procedures
