Responsibilities

  • Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue and reduce costs
  • Manage queries/case management in Employee Services
  • Ensure team is adequately staffed and resources have the right skills; liaise with OADM, Accenture Leadership, Recruitment and IJP Teams on staffing
  • Provide team members with clear direction, understanding of responsibilities, career planning and succession planning
  • Implement robust measurement system for performance evaluation, recognize and reward accomplishments
  • Conduct/Support training for regional teams and onboard new members on HRO operations, Controls & Compliance, Business Continuity Plans, process analysis and customer service
  • Enhance team morale and engagement through bonding exercises; liaise with local PPAs and HR on people initiatives
  • Ensure team awareness of goals and performance evaluation processes
  • Serve as escalation and resolution point for team members on people-related queries/roles
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of HRO processes for different geographies; drive activities to meet timelines, quality and costs error-free
  • Drive Operational Excellence within team and support OE Focal; liaise with Operational Excellence Team
  • Raise quality/scope issues impacting delivery and streamline decision-making
  • Understand existing metrics, how they are measured and tracked
