  • Skills in leading, planning, executing, controlling, and reporting on complex delivery efforts and highly complex projects
  • Expertise in providing governance over Roadmap plan, scope, schedule, and cost to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • Ability to collaborate and ensure adherence to client and Global Payments multiple workstream plans
  • Experience with assignments requiring considerable analysis, interpretation of data, and interactions with executive steering committees and senior leadership
  • Leadership skills to influence large teams across departments/divisions for complex project delivery
  • Capability to serve as catalyst for defining and shaping progressive, productive, and profitable culture across complex roadmaps
  • Knowledge of Global Payments standards and SDLCs for documentation, product/project roadmaps, Quarterly/PI Planning, LOEs/scope requirements, and PIF process
  • Proficiency in conducting and monitoring change control for key project assets (scope, requirements, project plan, product specifications, contracts, product code, documentation)
  • Ability to use metrics to identify problems, measure progress, log/resolve critical issues, tasks, and decisions
  • Skills in timely internal/external communication of status, risk assessments, and executing program updates
  • Experience acting as catalyst/facilitator in resolving project issues and conflicts, prioritizing risks

Responsibilities
