  • Any Graduation
  • 16 to 25 years of experience
  • Skill in Order to Cash - Collections Processing
  • Good understanding of cash applications, applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account, and processing from payment receipt to finalization
  • Knowledge of managing OTC collection/disputes including debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning
  • Ability to perform cash reconciliations, follow up on missing remittances, prepare refund packages accurately, and record collections activities consistently
  • Capability to identify and assess complex problems requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Experience creating solutions and setting strategic direction for near-term goals
  • Proficiency in interacting with senior management, negotiating, and influencing on significant matters
  • Latitude in decision-making for critical assignments with lasting impact
  • Experience managing large teams and/or work efforts
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

  • Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
  • Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes
  • Oversee processes from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing
  • Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
  • Manage OTC collection/disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning
  • Perform cash reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances
  • Prepare refund packages with accuracy and supply to clients
  • Record all collections activities consistently as per client process (tool)
  • Deliver process requirements to achieve key performance targets
  • Ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (Restricted countries)
  • Identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility
  • Create solutions requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Set strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility
  • Interact with senior management at client and/or Accenture, negotiating or influencing on significant matters
  • Manage large teams and/or work efforts at client or within Accenture
