Requirements

  • In-depth relevant professional experience in the SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM space
  • Initial experience in leading (sub-)projects, ideally within international transformation environments
  • Strong expertise in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, or Learning
  • Solid experience in sales and bid processes – from requirement analysis and solution design to customer interaction
  • Business-fluent in German and English
  • Optional: Exposure to SAP HCM for S/4HANA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of complex SAP SuccessFactors programs that often span multiple countries
  • Manage transformation projects with foresight
  • Lead international delivery teams to success
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders across various leadership levels
  • Identify and drive new opportunities – actively supporting sales activities, proposal development, and the strategic evolution of client relationships
  • Lead large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects – either as full-suite transformations or modular implementations
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models
  • Play a key role in pre-sales: contribute to bid strategies, RfP responses, and client presentations
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across senior management levels
  • Ensure project success in terms of planning, quality, stakeholder alignment, and escalation handling
