Requirements

In-depth relevant professional experience in the SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM space
Initial experience in leading (sub-)projects, ideally within international transformation environments
Strong expertise in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, or Learning
Solid experience in sales and bid processes – from requirement analysis and solution design to customer interaction
Business-fluent in German and English
Optional: Exposure to SAP HCM for S/4HANA is a plus

Responsibilities

Take ownership of complex SAP SuccessFactors programs that often span multiple countries
Manage transformation projects with foresight
Lead international delivery teams to success
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders across various leadership levels
Identify and drive new opportunities – actively supporting sales activities, proposal development, and the strategic evolution of client relationships
Lead large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects – either as full-suite transformations or modular implementations
Manage interdisciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models
Play a key role in pre-sales: contribute to bid strategies, RfP responses, and client presentations
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across senior management levels
Ensure project success in terms of planning, quality, stakeholder alignment, and escalation handling
