- Proficiency in executing operational functions, including slicing, preparing, and merchandising deli products to company standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee deli operations, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Maintain product quality and freshness
- Optimize inventory management, monitor levels, and execute timely replenishment to maintain in-stock conditions
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper product handling
- Execute merchandising to drive operational excellence
- Maintain and execute deli operational standards for efficient production and high-quality prepared foods
- Demonstrate full proficiency in department operational functions
- Live company values by fostering a safe, collaborative environment and celebrating team members
- Guarantee service excellence by executing GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank)
- Engage with Members in a friendly manner, address questions/concerns promptly, and escalate unresolved issues
- Maintain Club Standards and contribute to club goals through accurate, consistent performance
- Support financial performance by using supplies responsibly, following scheduling, and completing tasks efficiently
