Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service: answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, take special orders, help select products, sample products
Slice, package, weigh deli products (cheeses, meats); prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive, inspect, display, stock, rotate, and store deli shipments following policies
Ensure products are fresh, meet quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow salvage procedures
Stock and rotate deli items to maintain variety in cooler shelves and display cases
Operate deli equipment per safety policies; clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces, rotisserie ovens, utensils, cases, and cooler
Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and organization of deli department, including display cases
Support club policies, flawless execution, member focus, safe environment, inclusion, and daily GOLD standards (Grand Opening Look, stocked items, signage, cleanliness)
