Ability to slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses
Knowledge of food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures
Capability to maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases

Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service: answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products (cheeses, meats); help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products per policies
Ensure products are fresh and meet quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of deli area, inside and out; ensure Grand Opening Look (GOL) daily
Stock all items, execute promotional plans, maintain visible accurate signage
Support club policies, procedures, compliance; resolve member concerns; ensure safe and positive environment
Carry out assigned job functions and escalate concerns as appropriate
