Slices, packages, weighs deli products (cheeses, meats), prepares and packages special orders and party trays
Receives and inspects deli shipments; displays, stocks, rotates, and stores products following policies
Ensures products are fresh, meet quality standards; checks for out-of-date products daily and follows salvage procedures
Stocks and rotates deli items to maintain variety in cooler shelves and display cases
Operates deli equipment per safety policies
Cleans and sanitizes deli equipment, food surfaces, rotisserie ovens, utensils, refrigerated cases, and deli cooler
Maintains presentation, cleanliness of deli display cases and department
Ensures scale systems are maintained (inferred from context)
