Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, handle calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products (cheeses, meats), help Members select products, sample products, prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments
Display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Ensure all products are fresh, meet quality standards, check for out-of-date products daily, and follow appropriate disposal procedures
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli department, including display cases
Support club policies, ensure safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively as a team
Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, uphold GOLD standards, and maintain accurate signage and organization
