Provide high level of customer service to Members: answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products (cheeses, meats); help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty, integrity, and member focus
Ensure a safe and positive environment; resolve and deescalate member concerns
Deliver GOLD club standards: Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized
