Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, ensure safe and positive environment, and escalate concerns as appropriate
Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily, execute promotional plans, maintain accurate signage, and keep areas clean and organized
Innovate, adapt, move with speed and agility, and understand department performance reporting
