Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty and integrity; lead with the member in mind; escalate concerns as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members; resolve and deescalate member concerns
Deliver GOLD Member Standards and club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look (GOL), stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
