Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products; sample products to assist purchasing decisions
Prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow disposal procedures
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA) Members and deliver GOLD Member Standards
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
Resolve and deescalate member concerns, ensure a safe and positive environment
Carry out job functions as assigned and escalate concerns as appropriate
