Ability to slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses

Responsibilities
Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow appropriate disposal procedures
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty and integrity; lead with the member in mind; escalate concerns as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team; embrace inclusion and diversity; work collaboratively as a team
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns; commit to daily GOLD Member Standards and club standards (e.g., grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized areas)
