Requirements

5+ years of project management experience in sustainability advisory, greenhouse gas emission reporting, decarbonization, energy efficiency, building engineering, green building, facilities management, renewable energy and/or other related fields
Experience implementing and tracking decarbonization strategies for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emission sources
Technical experience implementing or advising on building-level energy conservation measures and/or green building best practices
Experience with project manager responsibilities including target setting, budgeting, and long-term project execution
Experience in client management including serving as primary contact for external client communications and deliverables
Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of empathy. Ability to thrive in a teamwork-driven environment
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field

Responsibilities

Lead multiple portfolio-level engagements within the automotive, healthcare, higher education, federal, and/or other market sector, including client interface, project execution, team coordination, and schedule & budget management
Grow and diversify Altura’s Environmental Programs offerings with new and existing clients through outstanding client and project management deliveries
Expand our positive impacts by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to innovate our service offerings
