Candidates should possess proven experience in auto finance or dealership account management, preferably with hands-on experience in special finance. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a track record of successful relationship building, and the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to achieve business objectives are required. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and full coverage insurance.
