Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations and Licensing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and processing all aspects of license management for UiPath, ensuring accurate and reliable information is provided to customers
  • Close collaboration with sales, customers, and internal teams such as Finance, Accounting, and Legal
  • Delivering first-level licensing support through the ticketing platform
  • Providing comprehensive support to the Enterprise Sales team to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to client growth
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned
