Responsibilities

Build, review, and approve customer quotes and contracts in Salesforce (SFDC) with speed and accuracy
Deliver exceptional service through our support queues, meeting all SLAs while ensuring high-quality outputs
Develop a strong understanding of Diligent’s products and pricing to guide internal stakeholders
Support Revenue Operations in integrating newly acquired companies—helping unify processes and bring them into SFDC
Work flexibly during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles to support global teams
Take on new responsibilities as our operations evolve in a fast-growing SaaS environment
