Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company (SaaS preferred)
  • 1+ years of direct experience with pricing strategy and deal structuring for financial products, specifically corporate cards, payments, or banking services
  • Proven track record of managing and closing complex, enterprise-level deals
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce RCA), and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work in person at the office at least 4 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize deal desk workflows and approval processes to enhance efficiency
  • Be the subject matter expert on pricing policies, models, and competitive landscape. Provide guidance and approvals on non-standard pricing requests
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements, develop innovative deal solutions, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evolution of pricing strategies, providing insights from deal trends, market feedback, and competitive analysis
  • Identify and implement improvements to the deal desk process, tools, and policies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance
  • Experience building RCA solutions to help drive velocity and visibility into deal pricing
  • Analyze deal performance, pricing trends, and discount rates to provide actionable insights to leadership and inform future strategy
