Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions and leading deal structuring for critical client engagements. This role involves owning and driving negotiations of complex deal financial structures, terms, and conditions, and partnering with key functions to deliver outcomes aligned with client expectations and internal requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining a deep understanding of regional account strategy, increasing account team competency in deal structuring and negotiation, ensuring adherence to discounting guidelines, and contributing to improvement projects. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure expeditious deal closure and provide deal construct guidance to sales teams.
