Requirements
- Must already have the right to live and work in this country
- Holds active, unrestricted US Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- One to two years’ experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead (in any industry)
- A minimum of three (3) months of prior working experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting (postgraduate; inpatient or outpatient direct patient care; equivalent to 480 hours)
- Working experience as a Registered Nurse means holding an active RN license and providing direct patient care
- Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, or clinic
- Must be open to BPO & Non-BPO experience
- College Graduate (BSN)
- Good to have only:
- Work experience as Trainer
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training, competency assessments, and hands-on education for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Support curriculum design, content development, testing materials, instructional methods, and training logistics
- Develop and implement training modules, job aids, and process documentation
- Measure training effectiveness and update programs based on feedback and outcomes
- Collaborate with teams on training, upskilling, and cross-training initiatives
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables per SOW and SLA requirements
- Maintain subject matter expertise through continuous learning and certification
- Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory standards
- Identify and address training needs related to case processing, policy use, and clinical review referrals
- Provide regular reports and track training metrics and trends
